These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit quirkycrates.com, place an order, purchase a product, contact us, or otherwise use our website and services.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
Eligibility and Online Store Use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract or use our services with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not use our website or products for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or anything that could damage or interfere with our website or services.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colors, dimensions, and other information accurately.
Actual colors may vary depending on your screen, lighting, and manufacturing variations. Minor differences that do not materially affect the product’s function may occur.
Product availability and quantities may be limited. We may update or discontinue products, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted unless required for a valid reason or agreed with you.
Prices and Currency
Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is shown at checkout.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change before an order is placed. Changes will not affect an order after it has been accepted, except where correction is permitted by law.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency conversion fees.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other charges will be displayed or disclosed during checkout where required.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

Payment options vary according to your country, device, currency, and eligibility.
Payments are processed through Shopify and the applicable payment provider. We do not directly store complete payment card information.
Installment payment options may be offered by Klarna or another eligible provider. Any payment schedule, interest, fees, eligibility requirements, and additional terms are determined by that provider and displayed at checkout.
Orders and Contract Formation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
An order is normally accepted when we begin processing or shipping it. We may reject or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including:
- The product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorized.
- The billing or shipping information is incomplete or incorrect.
- The order is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorized.
- A clear pricing or product-information error occurred.
- The order violates applicable law or shipping restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact support@quirkycrates.com as soon as possible and provide your name and order number.
If the order has not shipped: We may be able to change or cancel it and issue a refund.
If the order has shipped or is in transit: We may be unable to intercept or modify it. You may notify us that you wish to withdraw or return the order, but you will normally need to receive it and follow our return instructions.
If the order has been delivered: You may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Do not refuse delivery or return a package to the sender unless customer service specifically instructs you to do so.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders normally require 1–5 business days for processing. Estimated delivery normally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date. Customs processing, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption, incorrect addresses, or other events may cause delays.
For EU and UK consumers, this does not limit your statutory delivery rights. Unless otherwise agreed, eligible orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable law.

Address Accuracy and Failed Delivery
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed collection, or delivery failure attributable to the customer, reasonable reshipping costs may apply. This does not affect rights available where delivery failure was caused by us or the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Before returning a product, contact support@quirkycrates.com for instructions and the correct return address.
Do not send products to an address shown on the original shipping label unless customer service confirms that it is the correct return address.
For standard change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for direct return costs unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to pay.
The return address may be outside your country or region, including in China. International postage, tracking, packaging, and customs documentation may therefore be required.
If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to our error, contact us before returning it. We will provide a solution and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Unless a legal exception applies, EU consumers may withdraw from an eligible online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after they, or a person designated by them, receive the goods.
You may exercise this right through the withdrawal function provided on our website or by emailing support@quirkycrates.com. Include your full name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
If the order has already shipped, you may still notify us of your decision. However, where the shipment cannot be intercepted, you will normally need to receive the goods and return them according to our instructions.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. For a standard withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct return costs. The supplied return address may be international, including in China.
Where required by law, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned product.
- The cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Additional costs resulting from an upgraded or express delivery option are not refundable unless required by law.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
You may inspect the product as you would reasonably inspect it in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including personalized products, rapidly perishable goods, or sealed products unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.
These provisions do not limit your rights concerning defective, damaged, or non-conforming products.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
After we issue a refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
Shipping charges, return costs, deductions, and refund timing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Accuracy of Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information.
You are responsible for promptly updating your information so that we can complete transactions and contact you when necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.
